Chapter Three - Judge Not Yourself

Have you ever given thought to the possibility that all judgment of self is a result of an external circumstance? What is the first most important external stimuli that causes us to be a harsh judge of self? Would it not be how the herd judges us? Do they not judge us by the way we dress, talk, act and by the people we choose to be our friends? Are these not all external things or a better word would be the CODE we live our lives by? We urge you to give a great deal of thought as to some of the reasons you judge yourselves and also to the many different reasons you find yourselves in the deep dark valley of guilt. Although guilt plays a very important part of your self judgment, it has nothing to do with self judgment. Guilt needs to be addressed separate from self judgments. That will come to you later as another lesson.

Let us examine some of the various motives you look for when you judge self. Yes you heard correct we said "motives you look for" as most of humanity will do a lot of searching to find justification for finding faults with self. Following you will look at just a few of your rationalizations.

I don't love others enough.
I don't give enough time to my family.
I don't give enough time to helping others.
I don't give enough quality time to my husband, wife, children, parents.
I don't pray enough.
I don't eat enough of the proper food.
I don't get enough exercise.
I don't find it easy to forgive.
I don't find it possible to forget.
I can't or won't do what's necessary to change.

What is the first thing that jumps out at you when you go over the list? Which by the way, is a very small portion of all the things you find fault with self. The word I demonstrates how you look at yourselves. Do you feel you should take all the credit for all the I Don'ts Maybe the sentence should begin with " maybe THEY don't give me enough time." Who are THEY? We speak of the Herd.

If it is their fault then what is your responsibilities. Should you take the blame? ARE YOU SO SURE THAT YOU ARE TO BLAME, IF BLAME EXISTED. At this time you need to look at what we thought may be some of your reasons for judging ones self. Of course we know not everyone will have the same opinion of themselves, but for the most part we feel our guesses are close, as we chose the problems we had during our own period of dealing with our own self judgment .For this reason we are suggesting the following guide lines to help you better understand the reason for your incorrect judgments.

First, you MUST remove all the I's in your judgments.

Second, you MUST come to the conclusion of what is or what is not ENOUGH

Third, can you define TIME?

Fourth, can you define LOVE (in the human consciousness)

Fifth, if you can define any of the above then you are of the herd. and your judgment of self comes from the herd and not from your own DIVINE SELF.

One thing we must make clear to you and that is the FACT that nothing negative can ever come out from your own divine self. Therefore no credit can ever be given to a negative judgment or any negative statement. Your divine self can not and will not ever identify with any of the above five points. If you have difficulty with this statement, that difficulty is acceptable to you only, not to us or any above us. It is your excuse (labels) to continue on in the life style your accustom to. No one or nothing can judge you for living the way you choose and if this be true, then who are you to judge yourself? When will humanity stop judging themselves and start loving self? We can say with conviction, the day humanity rises in love with their divine self there will never be reason to judge self.

When will you stop rolling in the mud of your own self pity and come to the realization that there is nothing other than divine self and therefore you are not capable of doing anything that would be in need of judgment. How can the one source create out of itself anything that would be contrary to it's own essence. Can you change your finger into a toe or your eye into a knee? These things are not possible, for us or for the creator. It is pure love and we were created in it's image, we are pure love. You need only to realize true love to understand the impossibility of judging ones self or another made from this love. Do you understand what it is we are trying to convey to you? Your individuality is now at stake. You have all the help you need at this time to help you understand the importance of our message.

You need to know that there is a way for you to stop all this self condemnation that you seem to enjoy so much. You have work to do, not tomorrow, but now. If you think the time is not right for you to start work then this should be the last lesson you should ever attempt to read to hasten your advancement in this wave of humanity. Thus far you have been given the most simple of so called rules to help your growth. However if you are having difficulty with the little things of life that have no connection with the spiritual, then we are sorry for you as we are not allowed to give you meat unless you first learn to drink the milk of the teachings. Please do not take this as a negative statement as that would be one of judgment and we have long outgrown that part of the herd.

One more point must be made before we end this session. That is the fact that you will need to understand you came into being for the sole purpose of overcoming what is called human consciousness and arriving at the state of spirit conciousness. You will arrive at this state ether at the end of this wave or some future wave of humanity. The choice is yours and yours alone. Remember that at the end of an age we are allowed to give out much more help to humanity than at any other time. Think on this and then decide your own destiny. If you choose to advance sometime in the future we will always be there to help you. We trust that you understand that we come to you out of love, as we have walked the same path and the higher brothers and sisters were always there to help us. It was their love along with our desire that gave us the strength to attain at-one-ment with the divinity within.
